Premium Raw Material Intake: GAP-Certified Smart Cricket Farming
- Nursery Stage (0–14 Days) Newly hatched crickets are reared in precision-controlled nursery units, where temperature, humidity, feed, and sanitation are optimized to support early development and strong survival rates.
- Grow-Out Stage (15 Days to 7 Weeks) After the nursery phase, crickets mature within vertically stacked modules designed for optimal airflow, clean conditions, and high-density efficiency. This ensures robust growth and high yields without compromising welfare or cleanliness.
- Hygienic Harvesting Once fully mature at around seven weeks, crickets are harvested through a standardized, hygienic workflow that includes sieving, knocking, cleaning, and boiling. This ensures that only clean, contaminant-free raw material enters our processing line.
